Default My stuff - characters, creatures, concepts

Hello everyone,
I'm fairly new to the Gnomon boards (just posted here for the first time about a week ago).
I picked up my first Wacom about a year and a half ago and have obsessed with digital art ever since. I've picked up as many books as I can on digital art (including several movie and video game "Art of.." books), although there aren't too many available at local bookstores.
I love concept art (mainly character designs) but seem to have some trouble with creating machinery, buildings, vehicles etc. I just don't have the patience sometimes for laying out perspective guides, and technical stuff.
I've picked up a couple of helpful Gnomon DVD's in the past and hope to learn more.

PR
