Hey, Alvarez, this seems to be extremly open ended am I rite? It's pretty much a personal definition of what 'the freak' is, being an adjective. ie, a freakish structure or a freak of a creature/person etc. Reply if you think I have got it all wrong.

Anyway, here's for the rest of you according to dictionary.com

Freak

1. any abnormal phenomenon or product or unusual object; anomaly; aberration.
2. a person or animal on exhibition as an example of a strange deviation from nature; monster.
3. a sudden and apparently causeless change or turn of events, the mind, etc.; an apparently capricious notion, occurrence, etc.: That kind of sudden storm is a freak.
4. Numismatics. an imperfect coin, undetected at the mint and put into circulation.
5. Philately. a stamp differing from others of the same printing because of creases, dirty engraving plates, etc. Compare error (def. 8), variety (def. 8).
6. Slang.
a. a person who has withdrawn from normal, rational behavior and activities to pursue one interest or obsession: a drug freak.
b. a devoted fan or follower; enthusiast: a baseball freak.
c. a hippie.
7. Archaic. capriciousness; whimsicality.
8. unusual; odd; irregular: a freak epidemic.
9. to become or make frightened, nervous, or wildly excited: The loud noise caused the horse to freak.

LOL, nice humor. Well i am off to the mad scientist lab, then stop by the photo studio.

And what Wasker is saying is true, wikipedia def.:

Freak
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

This article describes the modern definition of "freak". For the older meaning, see freak show. Freak can also mean someone who is utterly obsessed with something. For other uses, see Freak (disambiguation)

In current usage, the word freak is used to refer a person with an unusual personality. The older usage, referring to the physically deformed, such as would be seen in a sideshow, has nowadays generally has fallen into disuse.

The word is still used when referring to mutations in plants and animals, but most often for humans. However, many people enjoy referring to themselves as freaks. It is from this kind of embracing of the term that the so-called freak scene developed in the 1960s and 1970s.

May 25th is the International Freak Pride's Day which is also, coincidentally, Towel Day, a tribute by fans of the late Douglas Adams, creator of The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy.

If it also is going about any time of freak like a person its insulting in a way but ............

any media is elligible. I'm pretty sure some images that were made with traditional media have won. Quality and originality are certainly bigger factors than media.
