Default Head Modeling in games

Sorry for making another post, but I have another question regarding human head modeling.

I'm looking into buying the Modeling the Human Head DVD. Does this DVD give you a fast and efficient workflow for head modeling, that can easily be integrated into the development of a video game?

Is box modeling, the method used in this DVD, a good way of making a polygonal head?

Can the head created in the DVD be easily given to an animator for him to rig it and animate it?

Thanks a lot for your help in advance.

I'm really curious to know whether or not it is a good workflow to use for a head model in a game...

YES. For me, it has a good work flow. It takes you to a process of technical and artistic process of modeling a head. It also allows you to localize and work more on texture and details.

yes its a good video , it has all the edge loops in the right places for animation.
I used to box model heads with ok results .
Then i started to use the method where u lay down the main edge loops and extrude edge/ append poly. this gave me a bit more freedom and i got better results ( partly cause i was more familiar with the modeling and the human form by then) .
Now i just make a Zsphere head blank and sculpt from there with total freedom.
