Default New Sculpture/ Maquette

Just started this sculpt today. Thought I might get some feedback here. It is of The Incredible Hulk. Should be a lot of fun.

Thanks for any critiques

I'll continue to post through the process.

What pose are you going for with the big guy? I like the third pose, it looks like he's about to punch the ground. Maybe you're doing Jax from Mortal Kombat and haven't realized it yet.

Keep it up this has a lot of potential.

It is going to be an entire scene. I was working on it in 2d and didn't think it read as well as it would in 3d. He is in fact punching the ground. The idea is that he is causing a shockwave that would knock over, crumble, or incapacitate anything in it's radius. I wanted to show the kinetic power in the windup and the power he is about to unleash on the ground.

I'll post more progress pics soon.

Default getting him blocked in

Just getting him blocked in. Using a ton on clay. For now just trying to get the basic form. The left side is getting there. I still need to do the right upper body and head.
