Default Magnet ZSpheres

Hi all... This is my first post here and I'm just starting out with ZBrush. I'm waiting on my Beginner DVD by Ryan that I'm sure will answer my questions... but I'm a bit impatient I guess. I'm working on a wing and I can't seem to get the magnet to work on my ZSphere model. In the "Help" file it tells us:
To add a magnet-sphere:

1. In Draw mode, add a regular zsphere at the place where you want the magnet.
2. In Move and Scale mode, adjust position and size of the zsphere.
3. In Draw mode, Alt+click on a Link-Sphere to create the magnet.
4. Press 'A' to preview the mesh, adjusting the position or scale as necessary.

When I do as stated above... I get the "-" symbol and the Link-Sphere gets deleted when I click on it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in Advance

I figured it out my own self... You know how they say 1 picture is worth a thousand words? This picture may not be worth a thousand but it sure would have made the process a bit clearer to a beginner trying to tackle an advanced technique...

I think this page in the help file maybe could have looked like this:

ZSpheres: Advanced Techniques
Magnet-Spheres
It is possible to distort the shape of a zsphere mesh by using Magnet-Spheres. This technique can be very useful for creating wings and similar shapes or adding bulk where it's needed.

*EDIT*
I just realized that the album the top photo was in was checked as "Private". I feel stupid. It showed when I looked at it. lol No wonder I was getting no responses. Live & Learn
