July, 2016: Warm Helm

Hi all…

This month’s theme is do create a Warm Helm, or battle helmet. Hopefully something better than the king from the Warcraft movie. Oi, what was up with that Lion Helmet. Sorry, just my opinion of course… heh. Yesterday I was lucky to be able to explore Les Invalides in Paris, the army museum. Wow… such an amazing arsenal of arms and armor! So very cool and it inspiring it was. The helmet you design can be displayed on its own, in a display case, on a table, mounted on the wall, but need not be on a character.

Hi!
This is my first attempt to such challenge and my first post on this forum, so I'd like to greet
Here is my submission. It's sth like futuristic ninja helm I wasn't sure what should I do - just tried to have a little fun from modeling and added a bit of warm strange material to make this helmet warmer .
I hope that I'll be posting a little more than before.
