Default iPad compatibility

Due to the flash incompatibility it is currently not possible to watch the tutorials on an iPad.
Are you planning to work on that, or perhaps create a special app that makes subscribers possible to watch the streaming video's on their iPad?
I do hope so.

I would assume so too. But then it's not like the iPhone 3G doesn't have the hardware for it. Apple just won't be allowing it. So they could easily turn it off on the update for iPad. I was wondering for the same but It's really good to know. I will surely try gnomon out with my iPad.

Actually Flash does work for iPhone and iPad. Just re-encode it with HTML5 just like YouTube now is, it's not really flash anymore. That's why you don't need to use the YT app anymore, you can just go to the site. Aside from that if you have the DVD/Digi-Down you can just copy the .mov into your device.

Default Yes Please

I know this is a thread from a while back, but as a subscriber I would gnaw off a limb for this feature. Been trying to get it to work with skyfire, but it's far from satisfactory.

Please Gnomon, make this happen

This is an absolute must. I am seriously considering purchasing an Ipad, and that was one of my first concerns. I would love to just sit on the couch and watch my tutorials, but the flash is prohibitive, and quite frankly less that stellar on my computer any way. For the type of money being spent, they should make our subscriptions completely accessible from all sorts of media devices. So yeah, you have my vote

Lightbulb Lynda.com made it to an app...

Lynda.com has an app for watching videoes. Im using it every week. I would have used the Gnomon videoes more often if it was possible through an app or on internet on the iPad. I keep on hoping and waiting. It is christmas soon so perhaps

So, these messages are dated. And, I was searching, but your search is not very effective, so are we able to watch dvds on an ipad? I would like to know before I purchase. Dvd's or subscription, or both.

Thanks!
