cool thanks. I noticed 2d and 3d contest...what if you build model in 3d and digital paint in photoshop where would that go? In the 2d or 3d forum?

I guess it would depend on how much of it you paint over in photoshop. If it's small adjustments, like you just adjust the colors or the background it's probably 3d. If you just use the 3d model as a base or a reference for pose, anatomy, lighting etc and basically all is done in photoshop then it's 2d.

Hi everybody!
I started this project back in May 2008 for the Gnomon "Weaponized" contest.
I didn't have the time to finish it then...
This render portrays a lonely Longbow doing a Sentinel/Reconnaissance mission over the vast desert...
So i guess after all these months (or years...) I can finally post my work here and have the "Mission accomplished" feeling

ok thanks. I wasn't sure...I sculpted a little took a pick and digitally painted with my wacom....so I will post soon thanks-Gregori

I sculpted the greys alien and painted some details with my wacom . I didn't know if to post in 3d or 2d but I like the 3d theme better it seem more fun along the lines of stuff I enjoy. Well it was fun, This is my first contest I entered hope to do more and learn more and continue to out put creative work. Thank you gnomon.

Well this is my entry, he his a sentinel of some runes hidden deep in the forest, he can control the runes to his will, (i used runes i found on the internet ) and he can evoke giant stone worms using the chaos rune. Txanaaa hope you like it, I had a blast good luck to all
