My translater tells me this means "caught", is this right?

"Caught" is similar to imprisoned.

Some other words that have the same meaning are: jailed, incarcerated, captive, confined.

These monthly contests are a great idea. I just discovered them a few weeks ago so this will be my first one. The entries from the previous contests are truly remarkable. These will definitely push us to do our best work.
