Default Weird UV Texture issue in ZBrush, need help

Can anyone tell me what is going on here and why?

It is just a low poly rectangle that I unwrapped in 3DS Max, plan was to use a displacement map to create some geometry. However the alignment of any of my own maps I use in ZBrush is off. In Max it is fine. Any stock textures I use in ZBrush the UVs are working and it is all aligned nicely. So what is going on?
