The skeleton seems frozen in a strange position, I wont say what it looks like he was doing when he past away, I'd suggest bending a few limbs?
other than that, it looks very cool.

Thx for your post and also for your advice.
it is interesing to imagine what he was doing in that fatal moment...
in the final picture, it will see just the left hand and a small part of the skull.
I put all skeleton in the boat for make me sure that it is the right proportion.
I hope it will be ok

Much better! I really like the moodiness of the image. The only thing that bothers me is that diagonal line that goes out the lower left hand corner of the picture and the dark dot just before the line starts. There's no reason for a line or a shadow to be in these spots. Easy fix in Photoshop. Just a suggestion.

I don`t finish the picture. I think to add a far island in the background. I`m going to put some details on boat (like grunge or rust)
