Default Texturing Noob

Howdy! Can anyone tell me how to take the texture maps I've created in Zbrush, and stick 'em on my model in Maya? ...or where to find a tutorial?
I have both the "Intro to Zbrush 3" and "Zbrush Production Pipeline" DVDs. I've watched the heck out of them, and neither has any instruction on this...or am I missing it in there somewhere?

Intro to Zbrush 3 has how to do that, its on disk 2 i think.
disable Uvs paint texure
enable Uvs assign Auv or Guv
import old Uvs
hit the color to texure button
expot the texure, it might need flipped when u get it back in maya or just flip in zbrush if needed.

now find that in the DVD cause i might of messed somthing up in the above instructions but u get the idea and know what to look for now.
