It's time to burn some rubber and drive faster than a bat out of hell! This month's contest theme is to design your own race car. Whether it be a hot rod or something out of the Fast and the Furious, it needs to be fast! Though not necessary we recommend listening to Metallica's "fuel" for inspiration!

Quick question, does it have to be a "car" or will any racing vehicle be considered?

i.e. Does it need to have wheels, or can it be aerial/aquatic?

I Thought I would Jump in this time. I thought there would be more people participating this time, but oh well. I did this with Zbrush and render with Maya/mentalray. I am currently attending Dave School. They keep telling me to put some of my stuff out in the world so people can see what I can do. So here I am. I hope you like it.

Hello, since this months theme was all about speed and i am a huge fan of Formula 1 my entry is modern F1 car with the iconic livery that pays tribute to one of the greatest drivers ever.
