Default Question about digital downloads

I recently downloaded two tutorials. Concept Design: From Abstraction to Production as well as Digital Illustration Techniques with Christian Alzmann. My question is this. I have purchased many DVDs in the past and have always been impresses with the quality of both the teaching and the production of the DVDs. The digital downloads though are small and each lesson in both tutorials are fuzzy and blurry. Is there something wrong with these tutorials or are all the downloads in a smaller format and much less quality? I have tried it on both an old G5 mac computer as well as a brand new iMac running Lion and Quicktime 10.1

Hello,

Standard size on most digital downloads (especially newer titles) is 1280x720 so they should not be "blurry and fuzzy". Please check your computer settings and also give vlc media player a try and see if they look better there.
