Jeremy Vickery lighting technique...
I saw Jeremy Vickery's lighting tutorials a while back. I liked this technique a lot. However there is one sticking point for me. Its the using ambient occlusion as an illumination source (if you've seen the training you probably know what I am talking about). This is great if you are using mental ray, but is there something similar in vray? I really want to be able to use it as it gets a great look very fast. Am I missing something? There is a self illumination slot on vray materials but not an "ambient" slot. Any way to reproduce this in vray?
