I'd like to order some DVD's through the mail. I understand I should email the completed order form to Gnomon for confirmation, and then proceed with the order once I've heard back from them. I did this on Monday, and again on Wednesday, unsure as to whether or not it went through. I haven't received a reply, and I'm beginning to get a little concerned. How long does it usually take? Is this normal? Has anyone else had this problem?
