Dvd playback problem

I just got the character modeling dvd by Ian Joyner, half of the dvd seems fine but fails to play anything at part 6 onwards, the dvd is fine no scratches etc.

I have emailed support but no replies :(

I think half of this dvd has corrupt data, I can't copy paste the files to the drive :/ I've sent a email stating this if I don't get a reply then I'll try the phone numbers.
