Hi,

I am just asking if any more Bob Kato DVD's are in the works? I thoroughly enjoyed his contribution to your 2D library and the educational value of his DVD's are really outstanding, (O.K, I'll stop plugging them now. ;) )

I've been on loads of sites and forums on the net, and all the really good artists suggest a background of understanding, form, proportion, value et al, mostly coming from traditional media study. With this in mind I've been looking for high quality instruction in oil painting, but with little luck so far, and I know the quality of instructor that Gnomon finds to do titles, (basically the best in that area. :D )

So in a nutshell, (and apart from me doing an Atelier course,) will Gnomon be adding further to it's traditional painting section of the 2D library with Bob Kato, or another outstanding teacher in the field?

Cheers

MIKE :)

I would love to see more dvds from Bob. He's an amazing teacher and a super nice guy. I've never met him but felt the need to thank him for creating such a great series. So I sent a quick email, a couple lines saying the dvds were so helpful. He replied back and said to contact him with any questions. How cool is that?

I would love to see any topic, the female head, full figure paintin, illustration. Anything really.
