why did not creat a complet dvd with out pipline for 3d max

Well, along with the PS3 and Macintosh, everyone knows that Maya is just plain better... No, actually, it takes time to put these instructional DVDs together. 3d studio has a huge amount of online instruction available as well as Maya. I seems that gnomon just took the Maya route first and is now augmenting their library with 3d studio titles that are more advance. Alot of the basics transcend 3d packages and are applicable to any package of choice.
